Crisp guitar riffs by Rob Caggiano, who also played bass guitar following Anders Kjolholm’s departure, stands out on “Marie Laveau” with a crunchy sound on lead guitar and a frantic pace on “Seal the Deal”.

‘ Seal The Deal & Let’s Boogie’ is full of the metal, blues and rockabilly Volbeat sound we are all familiar with. With drums and guitar work that’s sure to get your heart rate elevated and blood and fist pumping, I can easily see this song being Volbeat’s show opener to get the crowd right into the mood. The first song “The Devil’s Bleeding Crown” starts off with the driving force of a locomotive charging full steam ahead.

‘ Seal The Deal & Let’s Boogie’ sounds like an invitation of sorts, and being the name of Volbeat’s latest album, a good time is waiting for those who are craving new material from the Danish/American metal band, who last put out an album in 2013 with ‘Outlaw Gentlemen and Shady Ladies’.
